The smooth avocado

Ingredients

1/2 Avocado,
1/2 Mango
1/2 Cup Ice
2 tbsp Maple syrup
2 tbsp plain yogurt
300 ml Milk of choice

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture evenly into 3 glasses.
