
Use a waffle iron to press and cook the hash browns until crisp, season with a little salt.
Fry the bacon until golden then use the same pan to fry the eggs to your liking.
Lay slices of avocado over 4 of the hash browns, seasoning with some Everything Bagel seasoning. Top with tomato, lettuce, bacon and the egg.
Generously drizzle some sauce over the eggs and top with the remaining hash browns.
