Avocado Breakfast Bagels

Ingredients

½ ripe Hass avocado, mashed
1 bagel
1 tbsp cream cheese
50 g smoked salmon
¼ red onion, sliced
1 tbsp capers
1 sprig of fresh dill

Method

Slice the bagel in half and toast.

Spread with cream cheese and avocado, then top with remaining ingredients. Enjoy.
