Avo green smoothie

Ingredients

1 avocado, peeled and deseeded
1 Lebanese cucumber, roughly chopped
Maple Syrup
Mint
1 cup ice

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture evenly into 3 glasses and sprinkle with lemon zest.
