Creamy Avocado Dip served with Baked Salmon and Veggies

Ingredients

2 ripe Hass avocados
cup Greek yoghurt
juice of ½ lemon
1 garlic clove
2 sprig fresh dill
½ tsp wholegrain mustard

Method

Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Serve with baked salmon and veggies of your choice.
